La fecha límite para hacer la inscripción es el 23 de octubre de 2023, o hasta que se agoten las plazas disponibles.

INTRODUCCIÓN
Dentro de las diferentes formaciones de este curso en el área de idiomas, os presentamos la segunda parte de este trimestre del programa de talleres virtuales de formación para el profesorado de colegios pertenecientes al Programa Beda en colaboración con la editorial Macmillan. Hemos incluido temáticas que nos habéis demandado los docentes a lo largo del curso pasado.
El mismo día de la formación, os enviaremos al correo de cada uno de los inscritos (el que figura en la inscripción individual), las instrucciones, enlace y contraseña para acceder a dicha aula virtual. Se entrará primero a una sala de espera y desde ahí, siempre que se acceda con el mismo nombre de la inscripción, se irá dando paso al aula virtual.
CERTIFICACIÓN
Todos los participantes obtendrán un certificado de Macmillan Educación y Escuelas Católicas.

Discovery first: games for the English classroom
In this dynamic webinar teachers will come away with dozens of fast and easy activities to use in their Pre-Primary and Early Primary classrooms. From phonics work to oral practice, this session will give teachers the tools to get their pupils using English in a natural way. The session will also include some classroom management tips and useful vocabulary for collaborative learning, storytelling and creative play.
Speaker: Schuyler Hedstrom
Since graduating with an English and Drama degree from Dartmouth College, Schuyler has worked as an actor, director and educator, and has taught theatre to more than 2,000children. He currently co-runs Acting Impact Theatre Company and has taught English through Theatre for 15 years in Madrid. He also works as a teacher trainer for Macmillan Education, providing advanced education for Madrid’s bilingual Primary and Secondary school teachers.

Harriet has lived and taught in Spain for 23 years. As a drama specialist, she co-runs Acting
Impact theatre company for adults and Playtime Theatre for schools. Her focus is arts-based courses which she has created for schools and local education authorities. As well as writing musical plays for children, Harriet has contributed to publications in arts & crafts, pre-primary education and drama. She is a keen musician, swimmer and gardener.
